Erin Dilly & Stephen Buntrock
Orange County performing arts students learn from Broadway's best.

Performing arts students of Orange County have been getting up-close-and-personal lessons in how to become a Broadway star from two of the Great White Way’s best. Husband and wife actors Stephen Buntrock (A Little Night Music) and Erin Dilly (A Christmas Story) are the headlining instructors in the Segerstrom Center for the Arts’ Six Days of Broadway musical theater camp, which concludes July 7. The program pairs students from ages 11 to 19 with top performers in week-long classes that focus on musical performance, monologue interpretation, audition technique and more. In this Hot Shot, Dilly and Buntrock are caught mid-lesson with the young performers as they take one step closer to reaching their dreams of stage stardom. The bonus shot below features the students with Dilly and Buntrock, as well as instructors Danny Gurwin and Hank Stratton. Have an aspiring young performer in your family? Consider taking them to one of the shows in the Segerstrom Center’s 2013-2014 Broadway season, which include The Book of Mormon, Evita, The Wizard of Oz, Jersey Boys, Ghost, Once and more.
